Job summary

National Care Group is recruiting a Support Worker for Integra Riversdale, a residential care home for adults with mental health needs in Llandaff, Cardiff. You will build positive relationships, assist with daily tasks, personal care, and accompany residents on activities, helping them to live as independently as possible within the community.

The role is based on site with a 37.5-hour week and pays £13.47 per hour (£26,266.50 per annum).

Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships by listening and planning goals with individuals.

• Plan and participate in activities and days out with residents.
• Support independence and empowerment wherever possible.
