Job summary

National Care Group is recruiting a Support Worker for Integra Riversdale, a residential care home for adults with mental health needs in Llandaff, Cardiff. You will build positive relationships, assist with daily tasks, personal care, and accompany residents on activities, helping them to live as independently as possible within the community.

The role is based on site with a 37.5-hour week and pays £13.47 per hour (£26,266.50 per annum).

We are currently recruiting for a Support Worker for Integra Riversdale

Riversdale is a residential care home for 10 individuals with a mental health diagnosis, we have two houses Riversdale House and the Coach House, which are separated by gardens.

The Coach House provides support for those who are almost ready for move on into their own properties, this comprises of 4 bedrooms, 3 communal bathroom/shower rooms, a large communal lounge, dining room and kitchen.

Riversdale House has 5 ensuite bedrooms and 1 self-contained flat; it is a care home that provides rehabilitation support for male adults wanting to live independently within the community.

The role of a National Care Group Support Worker

You will work with young adults who have complex needs. We are looking for a respectful and caring individual who can passionately support our young adults to fulfil their potential. This is a sometimes challenging role but one with huge rewards.
