Job summary

SeeAbility in Eastleigh is looking for a Bank Support Worker to help with daily living tasks and community activities in our supported living homes. You’ll support routines, plan person-centred activities, and build trusting relationships to promote independence for the people we support.

The role requires good English, a full UK driving licence, and a practical, proactive approach. We will consider you for a role where you can make a real difference while growing with us.

Qualifications

• Good spoken and written English.
• A full UK manual driving licence.
• The right to live and work in the UK.
• A practical, active approach to work with the ability to support people throughout the day.

• Support daily routines from morning to bedtime.
• Plan and enjoy person-centred activities — walks, swimming and trips out.
