Job summary

Community Integrated Care is seeking a Support Worker in Broadstone to help people live independently within a warm, social and welcoming community. You’ll help individuals enjoy life on their terms and build meaningful relationships.

You’ll support daily routines, personal care, medication and wellbeing, encourage community access, and respond calmly to changing needs. Driving with a full UK licence is essential, and you’ll work as part of a small 1:1 supported team.
