Qualifications

• Passion to support customers to live their best lives.
• Experience of caring for others, professionally or personally.
• Ability to work on your own initiative, staying calm and positive under pressure.
• Flexible, personal approach, listening to understand needs.
• A Level 2 Diploma in Care or equivalent experience or willingness to study toward it.
