Calling all compassionate and dedicated individuals! Mencap is seeking passionate Support Workers to join our team in Guildford, Surrey.

Job Overview: As a Support Worker, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities. You will support a diverse group of people with their daily activities and emotional needs, playing a vital role in their lives.

What We're Looking For:

• A genuine passion for supporting others.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• A positive and empathetic attitude towards individuals with learning disabilities.

Contract Options:

• Full-time: 37.5 hrs
• Part-time: flexible hours based on availability

Shift Times:

• Days: Between 07:00-22:00
• Sleep-ins: 22:00-07:00

Sleep-in roles include an enhanced flat rate payment of £63.70. All roles are subject to an enhanced DBS check and suitable references.
