An outstanding adult education centre, recognised by Ofsted, offers a unique opportunity to join their team, due to an internal promotion. Located in Cranleigh, near Guildford, this centre caters to nearly 40 students with Autism and associated conditions, providing specialised day services and personalised learning support. Key Skills required:

  • Experience of working in community-based services or with young adults with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND)
  • Comfortable working with challenging behaviour
  • Ability to work as a team and build relationships with learners, parents and staff
  • A positive and resilient attitude
  • Minimum Grade C or equivalent, in English Language & Maths is desirable
  • Care certificate is desirable
  • Own means of transport desirable
