Job summary

Snap Care is seeking a Professional SEN Support Worker to support David, a 14-year-old with cerebral palsy and epilepsy, in Farnham. This job-share role provides afternoon and evening hours in term-time and holidays, with weekend shifts available.

The position requires experience with SEN needs or physical disabilities; epilepsy training can be provided. A driver with own car is required to access the family home, and there is a very large playroom in a fully-adapted home.

• Pay: £17.00 gross per hour weekdays; £19.30 gross per hour weekends; £34.00 gross per hour bank holidays

• Days and Hours: Term-time: Monday, 2.00 pm to 8.00 pm. School holidays: Monday, 2.00 pm to 8.00 pm; Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, 10.00 am to 2.00 pm. Weekends: Saturday and Sunday, 10.00 am to 8.00 pm. Job share.
