Job summary

Snap Care in Gerrards Cross, SL9, seeks a dedicated SEN Support Worker to assist a 9-year-old girl with cerebral palsy, epilepsy and complex care needs. The role involves 37 hours per week on average, with more time during holidays and fewer hours in term time, and requires a driver.

A fully adapted home is provided to support daily care and activities. The successful candidate will have SEN/Neurodiversity experience, PEG feeding skills, and epilepsy knowledge to work closely with a caring home

Elsie, 9, is fun-loving and enjoys swimming, farms, cartoons, shopping and time together. She has cerebral palsy, epilepsy, uses a wheelchair and has a PEG tube.
