Snap Care is seeking a SEN Support Worker (Bank) in East Grinstead, West Sussex, RH19, to provide 2:1 support for a 7-year-old with dyskinetic cerebral palsy. The role offers flexible bank shifts across days and nights with on‑site skills and adapted facilities.

Experience with hoisting/manual handling and medical administration is essential. Driving is required; an automatic wheelchair accessible vehicle is available on duty, and the family has a cat. Start date is as soon as possible.

  • Driver Required: Yes; automatic wheelchair accessible vehicle available on duty

  • Facilities: Adapted home, ceiling-track hoists, therapy room, specialist equipment
