Job summary

All Saints Support Ltd is seeking a dedicated Community Support Worker to provide personalised care and assist clients in Trafford, Stockport and Greater Manchester. You will help with daily tasks, support independence, and enable clients to participate in college, work and social activities, while promoting safety and dignity in their homes or care settings.

As a Community Support Worker, you will:

Provide personalised support, assisting individuals with tasks such as cooking, cleaning and managing their daily activities.

Help individuals live independently in their homes and participate in community life, including attending college, gaining employment, and engaging in social activities.

Support service users in achieving their personal goals, helping them develop life skills and build confidence.

Encourage and empower individuals to take control of their lives, offering guidance and support as needed.

Offer companionship and emotional support to improve mental well-being.

What We’re Looking For:
Experience:
  • No Experience Is necessary,but preferred – all that is necessary is a passion for helping others. – Training can be provided
  • Ideally, 6 months’ experience in care or similar roles.
Training

Required as mandatory:

  • Care Certificate
  • Valid Mandatory Training
  • Basic Life Support Training
  • Moving Handling Training
Skills & Qualities

Preferred

Driving Licence: A full, valid UK driving licence
