Job summary

Tordan Healthcare Limited in Stoke-on-Trent is seeking a reliable Support Worker to join one of our established teams. This role focuses on person-centred support, helping individuals develop life skills, build confidence and access the community so they can live life on their own terms.

The ideal candidate is patient, positive and personable; health and social care experience is desirable though full training will be provided. We offer flexible shifts and weekly pay to support work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year's experience in Health and Social Care.
• NVQ Level 2 or working towards it.
• Ability to reliably commute to or relocate to Stoke-on-Trent.

About the Role

Shifts

Days

Monday - Sunday: 08:00 - 20:00

Waking Nights

Monday - Sunday: 20:00 - 08:00

(Shifts times may vary)

We can accommodate between 6 and 40+ hours per week. A minimum of two weekends per month is required. You will be joining a friendly, established team from day one.

Minimum 1 year's experience in Health and Social Care

NVQ Level 2 or working towards it

Ability to reliably commute to or relocate to [Location]
