In this driver essential post, you must hold a valid UK driving licence and be able to drive a work vehicle. The role is part-time at our Finglassie service near Glenrothes, delivering personalised care and practical support to eight adults across two homes.

In this rewarding role, you'll provide personalised care, encouragement, and practical support tailored to each individual's needs. Whether you're helping someone enjoy their favourite hobby, supporting them with daily routines, or simply being a trusted companion, no two days are the same. What stays constant is the knowledge that you've made a positive impact on someone's life.
This service supports eight adults across two adjoining homes in Finglassie (4 people in each property). Located near Glenrothes, Finglassie offers a peaceful setting while still providing convenient access to local amenities and nearby towns.
You’ll be joining a well-established, experienced, and highly respected team that is committed to delivering outstanding support and helping people achieve their personal goals.
