In this driver essential post, you must hold a valid UK driving licence and be able to drive a work vehicle. The role is part-time at our Finglassie service near Glenrothes, delivering personalised care and practical support to eight adults across two homes.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid UK driving licence.
• Experience providing care or support to adults with complex needs is desirable.
• Ability to work flexibly to meet service needs.

• Provide personalised care, encouragement and practical support tailored to each individual's needs.
• Assist with daily routines and engage in hobbies to promote wellbeing.
• Provide companionship and monitor individuals' wellbeing.

You’ll be joining a well-established, experienced, and highly respected team that is committed to delivering outstanding support and helping people achieve their personal goals.
