Job summary

Sense Scotland in Dundee is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join Dundee Respite, a 3-bed, 24-hour service supporting individuals with complex needs. You will engage clients in personalised activities, helping with routines and choices while promoting independence on-site in Dundee.

The role is part-time with hours on-site in Dundee. Note that the service does not sponsor visas, and the closing date for applications is 30 August 2026.

Dundee Respite is a 3-bed, 24-hour service supporting individuals with a range of complex needs, including communication support, behavioural support and sensory impairment. We provide respite breaks 7 days a week, all year round.

Who we are looking for

The people we support are looking for Support Workers who are fun, creative and enthusiastic about planning activities that reflect their individual interests, routines and choices. They enjoy getting out and about and trying new things – from trips to the cinema, feeding the ducks at the park, to even heading on a bus trip to Arbroath for lunch.
