Job summary

We are looking for dedicated people to fill a full-time day-shift role for male applicants, with a DBS check required. Training will be provided to help you succeed in supporting those who live in our homes.
Qualifications
- Basic understanding of care is beneficial.
- Strong communication skills required.
- Safeguarding responsibilities should be taken seriously.
- Effective decision making and judgment are important.
- Strong planning and organisation skills are needed.
- Health & Safety standards must be achieved.
Responsibilities
- Assist those we support with daily tasks using training provided.
- Support in day-to-day life including social visits and days out to local attractions.
- Keep paperwork up to date for each person in the home.
- Work positively with colleagues, families and external organisations.
