Job summary

Liaise East Anglia is seeking caring individuals to join the Support Worker team. Full-time day shifts are available, with training provided. A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle are required to reach the setting.

The role focuses on assisting residents with daily tasks, supporting in daily life, and maintaining accurate paperwork. You will collaborate with families, colleagues and external organisations to ensure residents lead happy, purposeful lives.

Qualifications

Basic understanding of care is beneficial; no formal experience required.
Strong communication skills are essential.
Ability to safeguard vulnerable people and exercise good judgement.
Able to make effective decisions and keep records organized.
Strong planning and organisational abilities to manage daily tasks.
Commitment to achieving Health & Safety standards.

Responsibilities

Assist those we support with daily tasks using provided training.
Provide day-to-day support including social visits, family visits, and local outings.
Keep paperwork up to date for each person.
Collaborate with colleagues, families and external organisations to support those who live in the home.
