Job description

At Clover Care Group, we pride ourselves in providing specialist staff to support complex care packages for both children and adults. Our focus is on delivering the best possible clinical pathways and care, allowing our clients to live the lives they want to lead.

Role Description: This is a full-time/part-time position on-site at the clients house, for a Complex Care Support Worker located in Essex. The Complex Care Support Worker will be responsible for providing personalized care and support to young clients with complex needs. Daily tasks include assisting with personal care, administering medication, monitoring health conditions, swimming, rehabilitation and providing emotional support. The support worker will also collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care plans are followed.

Qualifications Personal Care and Support skills

Must have a UK driving licence

Must have right to work in the UK. Sponsorship is not available

Experience in administering medication and monitoring health conditions

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals

Empathy, patience, and the ability to provide emotional support

Previous experience in a similar role

Minimum of 6 months current experience in a healthcare setting
