Support Worker – Children’s Residential Care (Full-Time)

Essex | £13.20/hr | £25,620+/yr | 4 on / 4 off | 12.5 hr shifts

What You’ll Be Doing

• Building strong, trusted relationships with children and young people
• Supporting daily routines, education, and positive behaviours
• Creating a safe, stable, and nurturing home environment
• Promoting independence and essential life skills
• Contributing to care plans, team discussions, and progress tracking

What We’re Looking For

• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (Children & Young People)
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential childcare (essential)
• A calm, empathetic and proactive attitude
• A full UK driving licence (essential)
