Job summary

Forget Me Not Caring Ltd in Ashingdon is seeking committed Support Workers to help people with learning disabilities live independently in their own homes and communities. This full‑time role emphasizes dignity, person‑centred care, and teamwork.

You will join a supportive team, receive paid training, and have opportunities for career progression across our Supported Living settings in Ashingdon, Laindon, and Chelmsford. Weekend and bank holiday work is included.

Qualifications

• Experience in care or support work is desirable but not essential; full training provided.
• Willingness to work weekends and bank holidays.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
