Job summary

Brook Street in the United Kingdom is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to help vulnerable young people who may have experienced homelessness, trauma, family breakdown, or time in care.

You will build relationships, deliver support plans, assist with education, employment, training and independent living, help sustain tenancies, and work with housing and social care partners to safeguard and support vulnerable individuals.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting young people or vulnerable adults.
• Understanding of safeguarding and trauma-informed support.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships with young people.
