Job summary

Brook Street in the United Kingdom is seeking Residential Support Workers to help care for children and young people aged 7–18 with complex needs. The role is permanent, full-time (36 or 48 hours) with 12-hour shifts.

You will create a safe, nurturing home environment, support daily routines, encourage independence, and manage behaviours positively to help young people build skills and confidence toward positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting children or young people is desirable, but transferable care experience is welcome.
