Job summary

Key Care & Support in Altrincham is seeking an experienced Support Worker to join the family home of Sammy, a 26-year-old with learning difficulties and medical needs. You will work flexibly across days and nights, providing person-centred support to promote independence and quality of life.

The role requires a UK driving licence with at least 12 months of driving experience and a minimum of two years' experience supporting adults with enhanced needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience supporting adults with enhanced needs.
• UK driving licence with 12 months UK driving experience (family car use).
• Flexible to cover days and nights.
