Job summary

Key Care & Support are seeking an experienced Support Worker to assist Sammy in the family home in Altrincham. You will provide person-centred support, help with daily activities, and enable him to live a meaningful, active life.

A UK driving licence and at least 12 months driving experience are required. The role requires flexibility to cover days and nights and a minimum of 30 hours per week. We offer a real living wage and a range of benefits.

Qualifications

• Requires UK driving licence and 12 months UK driving experience.
• Experience supporting adults with enhanced needs.
• Able to communicate using iPad and hand signs.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred care and support to Sammy in the family home.
