Job summary

National Care Group is seeking a Support Worker in Moulton, Northampton. The role involves building relationships, planning daily tasks, and assisting with personal care and medication. You will help plan activities and support individuals to live independently within a supported living setting.

The position is up to 35 hours per week, salary £12.71 per hour, with paid training and opportunities for progression in a brand-new purpose-built service.

Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships with people by listening, discussing, and planning goals together.
• Help plan daily tasks and assist with practical activities like cooking, cleaning and errands.
• Assist with personal care, which may include support with eating and medication.
• Plan and participate in days out as wished by the person supported.
• Help someone become more independent and confident.
