Job summary

National Care Group is seeking a Support Worker in Moulton, Northampton. The role involves building relationships, planning daily tasks, and assisting with personal care and medication. You will help plan activities and support individuals to live independently within a supported living setting.

The position is up to 35 hours per week, salary £12.71 per hour, with paid training and opportunities for progression in a brand-new purpose-built service.

Service: Wellington Support - Moulton

Contract: Up to 35 hours per week

Based in Moulton, Northampton, we have the amazing opportunity for you to join our team.

At Wellington support we have been working closely with local authorities, and we are thrilled to welcome you to our BRAND-NEW purpose built bespoke Supported Living Service. It delivers supports across 15 one-bedroom apartments, providing 24-hour service for individuals with a wide range of complex needs. Apartments have been carefully configured to meet a variety of needs to support people now and in the future. Our supported living service provides a safe, secure and vibrant community for people with complex needs who want to live independently with personalised care designed for their needs.

The role of a National Care Group Support Worker
  • You will build positive relationships with people by listening, discussing, and then planning goals and ambitions together.
  • You will help to plan their daily tasks and assist with practical activities such as cooking, cleaning and running errands.
  • You will assist with personal care, which may include support with eating and administering medication.
  • You will help to plan and participate in any exciting days out they wish to enjoy.
