Dimensions is hiring a Support Worker in New Southgate, London (N11). This permanent, part-time role offers 22.5 hours per week with day shifts from early morning to evening, at £12.85 per hour.

• Experience supporting people with autism, learning disabilities, and epilepsy.
• Ability to follow person-centred support plans and maintain routines.
• Strong communication, active listening, and adaptability to individual needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred support with daily living activities, including prompting personal hygiene, preparing meals and following SALT guidelines for dysphagia.
• Encourage independence and support individuals to pursue their goals and hobbies.
• Work with colleagues, families and professionals to achieve meaningful outcomes and ensure safety and wellbeing.
