Job summary

CareTech is hiring a Support Worker in Cliftonville to assist adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs. You will deliver person-centred care, help with daily living and community access, and maintain accurate records as part of a supportive team.

The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, bank holidays, and sleep-ins, with full-time hours on a rota. DBS and Level 2 in Health & Social Care are encouraged, with training and progression opportunities

Qualifications

• Willingness to work towards Level 2 in Health and Social Care.
• Ability to work unsociable hours on a rota basis.
• Enhanced DBS required.
