Job summary

Case Management Cymru Ltd. is seeking a compassionate support worker to assist a client in the Swansea area, including Hendy. You will help with personal care, physio, and everyday activities, driving the client’s adapted vehicle when needed, and joining a small, friendly team.

The role offers above-industry pay, a mileage rate of 45p per mile, and opportunities for professional development through bespoke induction and ongoing supervision.

Qualifications

• Be able to drive and have use of a car.
• Be able to drive an adapted vehicle.
• Have experience in care, preferably supporting a person with cerebral palsy.
• Experience supporting a person with communication difficulties.
• Enjoy working as part of a team.
• Be willing to register with Social Care Wales.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and physio in the mornings.
• Support attending outings and activities (cinema, brunch, shopping, cafe).
• Help access interests and try new activities.
• Work with a small, friendly multi-disciplinary team.
• Participate in inducti on and ongoing training.
