Case Management Cymru is recruiting a Female Support Worker in Swansea for a permanent, part-time role (20 hours/week). Qualifications

• Be able to drive and have use of a car.
• Experience in care, preferably with cerebral palsy.
• Be willing to register with Social Care Wales.
• Enjoy working as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and physio in the mornings.
• Support daily activities and outings, including shopping and appointments.
• Help with transfers and mobility using hoists as required.
