Responsibilities

• Safeguard young adults at all times with the staff team
• Participate in recreational events within the home and wider community
• Assist with practical care tasks such as cooking and cleaning
• Create positive relationships while maintaining dignity and respect
• Meet the physical, emotional, behavioural and cultural needs of the young adults
• Maintain accurate and clear records and monitor changes in needs
• Contribute to the development of the team
