Job summary

Key is seeking a dedicated Support Worker in Lochaber to help a young man in his early twenties live his best life, supporting his goals and interests. You will be part of a local team, delivering person-centred care, with training and development opportunities available.

The role includes evening and weekend work, sleepovers and waking nights as required, with full induction and ongoing support to ensure high-quality care and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience in care or willingness to support people with disabilities.
• Caring, patient and reliable in a team setting.
• Willing to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, sleepovers.

Responsibilities

• Empower individuals to live as independently as possible.
• Promote dignity, choice and well-being on a daily basis.
• Provide support in evenings, weekends, sleepovers as needed.
• Help the young man engage in community activities and pursue interests.
