Sense is hiring a Support Worker in Sheffield to assist people with complex disabilities at home and in the community. You will help with daily tasks, personal care, finances and medication, and take part in activities away from home.

The role offers permanent part-time or full-time contracts up to 37.5 hours, with a 4-week rota (8am–4pm, 4pm–10pm, 10pm–8am). Pay is £13.00/hour with enhanced night/overtime rates; a full UK driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• Full manual UK driving licence is essential.
• Previous care experience is advantageous.
• BSL skills are beneficial for communication with service users.

Responsibilities

• Assist people with complex disabilities at home and in the community.

• Take part in activities and outings as part of a varied rota.
