You will work as part of a dynamic team, building daily living skills, supporting leisure activities, and promoting social inclusion in the local community.

Typical shifts are 7.30am–2.30pm and 2.30pm–9.30pm, with enhanced evening and weekend pay, overtime rates, and a range of staff benefits including a Blue Light Card and 24/7

Responsibilities

• Help people gain more independence in daily life within a dynamic team.
• Assist with personal care and encourage community engagement.
• Support with activities such as outings to local bars, pubs, cinema, and at home leisure.
