Cygnet Views is seeking a caring Support Worker to provide a mix of day and night shifts across a nine-bed high-dependency care service for women with learning disabilities and complex needs. You will deliver physical and emotional support, safeguard residents, and help with medical and welfare tasks while keeping the environment safe and clean.

Responsabilidades

• Provide physical and emotional support to residents.
• Learn and respond to each individual's needs.
• Assist with medical and welfare tasks and report as required.
• Safeguard service users and maintain a safe environment.
• Support independence and empowerment of service users.
• Cover a mix of day and night shifts totaling 42 hours per week.
