Job summary

Cygnet is seeking a confident Care & Support Worker for the Gledholt Mews and Coach House teams in Huddersfield. You will work 42 hours weekly, covering days, nights and weekends, delivering compassionate care to adults with complex needs in a community rehabilitation setting.

You will provide physical and emotional support, assist with daily living and welfare needs, maintain a safe environment, and contribute to personalized plans.

Responsibilities

• Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all our service users, patients & residents.

• Assist with medical & welfare needs and report as required.
• Safeguard and maintain a safe and clean environment for all.
