Job summary

Cygnet Views is seeking a caring Support Worker to provide a mix of day and night shifts across a nine-bed high-dependency care service for women with learning disabilities and complex needs. You will deliver physical and emotional support, safeguard residents, and help with medical and welfare tasks while keeping the environment safe and clean.

Job description

Support Worker role at Cygnet Views, a nine-bed high dependency complex care service for women with learning disabilities and associated complex needs, some of whom may display behaviours that challenge. The work centres on physical and emotional support, meeting each woman's specific needs, assisting with medical and welfare needs, and keeping people safe and the environment clean. It is a 42-hour weekly post mixing days and nights. An enhanced DBS check is required.
