Dimensions in New Milton is hiring caring and motivated Support Workers to join our friendly team. You will support six individuals across two large, two-storey houses, with each person living in their own self-contained flat, enabling them to enjoy as much choice and control as possible.

You’ll work with five gentlemen and one lady, aged between their 30s and 50s, who have mild to moderate learning disabilities and epilepsy.

Qualifications

• You don’t need previous experience in care to join us, we’re looking for people with the right values, attitude, and commitment to making a positive difference.

Responsibilities

• Support six individuals across two houses to maintain independence and participate in activities.
• Provide patient, person-centred support and assist with daily living while encouraging choice and control.
