Job summary

Prime Life is seeking passionate care professionals to join our friendly team as Support Workers at Manor House Care Home in Alkborough, North Lincolnshire. We have full- or part-time vacancies with regular shifts from 8am to 8pm, seven days a week, to provide dignified support to our residents.

Applicants should have a genuine caring nature; prior experience is welcome but not essential as full training is provided. A patient, understanding and respectful approach is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide respectful and dignified support to residents.

• Promote independence in meal preparation and mealtimes.
• Work with professionals to develop individualized care plans.
