Job summary

Care Connection is seeking experienced Support Workers to assist our clients in the Warminster area. You will provide person-centred support to adults with autism, learning difficulties, mental health needs, and behaviours that may present challenges, helping maintain independence and a sense of belonging in the community.

Shifts are variable (07.00-22.00) and may include sleep-in shifts; roles are temporary ad hoc to cover sickness and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in health or social care support delivery.
• Ability to work with diverse client needs and abilities.
• Commitment to person-centred care and safeguarding.

Responsibilities

• Support adults in daily living tasks and skill development.
• Work across services: home, garden, and community environments.
• Follow on-site support plans, promote independence, and ensure safety.
