Portman Recruitment is seeking Support Workers to join its local staffing bank in Basingstoke and Chineham. You will support adults with learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities and complex needs, across a variety of settings.

A full UK driving licence is strongly preferred. Applicants should have recent care or support-work experience; Level 2 or Level 3 in Health and Social Care is desirable but not essential.

• Recent professional care or support-work experience.
• Level 2 or Level 3 in Health and Social Care is desirable but not essential.

Responsabilidades

• Support adults with learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities and complex needs.
• Provide personal care, medication support, household tasks and community activities.
