Salutem Care and Education is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for our Roman House residential home in Basingstoke. You will provide daily, person-centred support to adults with learning and physical disabilities, helping them live fulfilling lives across varied shifts including days, nights, and sleep-ins.

Qualifications

• This role requires a compassionate, reliable, and proactive individual.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred support to individuals, promoting independence, choice, dignity and wellbeing in line with care plans and PBS strategies.
• Deliver tailored support for physical, emotional, social and mental health needs.
• Assist with personal care, mobility, nutrition, continence care and equipment use where required.
• Monitor needs, attend appointments and maintain accurate records of health and wellbeing.
