Dimensions Ltd is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to assist a young man with complex needs as he moves from Rufforth to Yafforth. You will join a dedicated team, building trust and promoting independence in daily living.

You'll support him with activities, shopping, cooking, cleaning and medication management, ensuring safety and person-centred care. A full UK driving licence is essential to enable community access.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting people with complex behavioural needs is essential.
