Qualifications

• Part-time availability up to 30 hours per week.
• Full UK/EU Driving License is essential.
• Ability to build a genuine connection with the person supported.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support and companionship to the person supported.
• Assist with activities, outings and daily routines.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment and respond calmly to challenges.
• Collaborate with the support team to adapt shifts and plans as needed.
