Dimensions (UK) Ltd. is seeking compassionate support workers to assist a young man with complex needs in living independently.

You will help him settle into his new home in Yafforth and support daily activities, social outings, and education and employment opportunities with a person-centred approach. Ideal candidates are kind, patient, and confident, with a genuine desire to make a difference and to build a trusting relationship.

Formación

• Experience helping people with complex behavioural needs is essential.
• Positive attitude and genuine desire to make a difference.
• Willingness to build trusting and meaningful relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Support the individual to build confidence and independent living skills.
• Assist with everyday activities: shopping, cooking, cleaning, and laundry.
• Manage and administer medications safely.
