Job summary
Dimensions (UK) Ltd. is seeking a compassionate support worker to assist a young man with complex needs as he relocates from Rufforth to Yafforth. The role involves enabling independence, accompanying him on activities, and promoting a balanced, fulfilling life with his support dog.
You will work with a dedicated team to provide daily routines, safety, and personalised care, building trust and empowering his choices. Driving and reliable transport are essential.
