Community Integrated Care is recruiting experienced Support Workers for a Supported Living Service in Morpeth, caring for a young man with learning disabilities. The role is 36 hours per week on day shifts, with potential sleep-ins that include an additional allowance.

You will deliver person-centred support, assist with daily living, and help the client engage with local community activities. Our team provides 24/7 core coverage, with a focus on independence and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Support Worker or similar in learning disabilities is beneficial.
• Ability to work with individuals requiring tailored, person-centred approaches.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, respectful care and support.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred support to the individual.
• Assist with daily living tasks, personal care and meals.
• Support participation in community activities and days out.
• Be part of a 24/7 core team providing overnight shifts as needed.
