Job summary

Lincolnshire County Council is recruiting two Support Workers to help people with disabilities live full, meaningful lives in Lincoln. The role offers hybrid working and flexible hours across the week, including some weekends and evenings.

We value good communication, a positive outlook and the willingness to learn. A driving licence with vehicle access is advantageous; 2 full-time positions are available with a contributory pension and benefits package.

Qualifications

• Candidates should be able to work flexibly across evenings and weekends.
• Drivers with access to a vehicle are advantageous.
• Experience in caring or disability support preferred.
