• Experience in care roles is welcome but Lifeways provides training.

Responsibilities

• Support with personal care, daily routines, and household tasks.
• Encourage hobbies and activities to promote wellbeing and independence.
• Promote community outings and day trips.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate with the team.
• Collaborate with the Lifeways team to monitor progress and safety.
