Lincolnshire County Council is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to help people with disabilities live full lives. The role supports activities across community bases in Gainsborough and requires flexibility, good communication and a willingness to learn.

You will assist with healthy eating, arts, gardening, personal development and wellbeing, and you must be able to travel across the county for service delivery. The role offers a contributory pension, flexible working and generous annual leave.
