Job summary

Leicestershire County Council is recruiting for two part-time contracts in Hinckley to provide care and support in a short break and supported living setting. You will assist with personal care, promote independence, and work within a 24/7 rota, including weekends and bank holidays.

Training and DBS costs are covered, with a strong emphasis on values and inclusive service delivery. Both roles offer a pathway to progression within a large public sector organisation, with a generous pension scheme

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver day-to-day care and support for adults with disabilities in a supported living environment.
• Assist with personal care and promote choice and control, maximising independence.
• Maintain clear records and work to the service rota including weekends and bank holidays.
